Terrible senior staff and management and we're understaffed. I can't count the amount of times I've been argued with about missing less important things because I was doing the work of THREE PEOPLE. I prioritize well, but the management doesn't understand what one Nursing Assistant can't get everything done in a department that has a High Patient workflow area!
