Toxic place to work unless you know the "right" people, they pick their favorites. Bonus structure is merely impossible to hit in your first few years unless you are handling a portfolio of 15+ properties at a time. P.S. They will fire you before holidays to hit their numbers for the year and wish you the best of luck anyways.
