We were like a family, everyone cared for one another, we would extend our help to those who needed it. CPCS appreciated all you did for them, they would show their appreciation through bonuses, awards and once a year they would award a hard worker a $7500.00 gift and this gift could only be used for a trip. They truly valued the staff. I was awarded this gift back in 2009. for going above and beyond.

The only challenge for me would be the beginning of the school year, getting ready to prepare, and set up for the beginning of the school year could be a bit overwhelming, but I made sure that everything was in place and that we were ready for another rewarding year.
