Working here has been a very positive experience for me. I want to highlight the leadership because it often gets overlooked in other reviews. Our CEO is a strong, visionary leader who genuinely cares about the direction of the company and its people. He’s decisive and committed to growth, which gives me a lot of confidence in the future here. On a day-to-day level, I’ve been lucky to work under Meg, my manager, who is one of the most supportive and motivating leaders I’ve ever had. She leads by example, is always approachable, and makes sure her team feels valued and heard. My Team Lead has also played a big role in guiding and mentoring me, helping me sharpen my skills and build confidence. And of course, I can’t forget Team Sparta—the culture within our team is amazing. We work hard, support each other, and celebrate wins together, which makes the workplace both productive and enjoyable. Overall, the leadership and team culture here make a huge difference. I feel proud to be part of this company and excited about the opportunities ahead.

Fast-paced environment — requires adaptability.
Vantaggi
- Decent pay - Remote first company - Good customer base
Svantaggi
- Built to punish growth due to a short sighted CEO - No room to scale professionally - More work same or less pay - Management has a biased assumption that no one is working, effort is not properly recognized - Impulsive hiring/firing decisions, tenures are no exception - Good performance is always overshadowed by recent mistakes - CEO has subtle racist phrasing when dealing with his staff (located global) this is also reflected in pay difference based on ethnicity purely discounting talent - Unfair hiring practices when it comes to higher positions, I was one tasked with mentoring my own externally hired teamleader, twice in 2 different departments
