And yes, you will be expected to work on-call 27/7. The agency is so understaffed, you will end up working 60-70 hours weeks with no compensation besides your regular (and measly) 40-hour salary. This agency also empowers DSPs to go over your head and complain right into the Directors' cell phones if they have any tiny disagreement with you.
