Great team, dedicated to sales and making you successful. Good PTO and great Health benefits. Cool product that demos really well, if you are willing to put in the work to learn it.

This is a fast-paced company that cares about you and your training. Working at Commusoft means you’re always learning something new. Everyone on the team is super nice and supportive and I never had any coworker issues. I also really enjoyed the team activities outside of work. The team genuinely cares about each other and works hard. It’s awesome working at a software company like Commusoft because the software is always evolving, so there’s always something new to see.

If you aren’t proactive, it would be hard to succeed here. No one is going to tell you exactly what you need to do every day. It’s up to you to be proactive and work hard.
