      Commusoft was my first SDR role, and it was an excellent learning experience. I acquired valuable problem-solving skills and a practical sales methodology through external training and support from the Head of Sales. The team was friendly and always ready to help. Sales management encouraged growth, provided resources, and facilitated learning.

      There is no sick pay (while I was there), and while the commission structure is reasonable given the niche market, it could be improved to offer better incentives.

      Hello, thanks for this 5 star review. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen excellent feedback on the training and development available for our sales staff. All thanks to our great sales management team! The statutory sick pay is the standard as for all UK companies, by law, more info can be found here. We aslo now offer 5 days extra sick pay as part of our company benefits. Regards, Jason

      This is a fast-paced company that cares about you and your training. Working at Commusoft means you’re always learning something new. Everyone on the team is super nice and supportive and I never had any coworker issues. I also really enjoyed the team activities outside of work. The team genuinely cares about each other and works hard. It’s awesome working at a software company like Commusoft because the software is always evolving, so there’s always something new to see.

      If you aren’t proactive, it would be hard to succeed here. No one is going to tell you exactly what you need to do every day. It’s up to you to be proactive and work hard.
