Hello, thanks for this review! I’m proud of how regularly we receive positive feedback on the training and development of SDRs and AEs in our Sales team. Kudos to our sales management team for making this happen. Your point on the sales commission is absolutely right, in that you have a monthly target to reach in order to receive commission. This is pretty standard in the industry and I’m happy to see that our SDRs are regularly hitting targets. Regards, Jason

This is a fast-paced company that cares about you and your training. Working at Commusoft means you’re always learning something new. Everyone on the team is super nice and supportive and I never had any coworker issues. I also really enjoyed the team activities outside of work. The team genuinely cares about each other and works hard. It’s awesome working at a software company like Commusoft because the software is always evolving, so there’s always something new to see.

If you aren’t proactive, it would be hard to succeed here. No one is going to tell you exactly what you need to do every day. It’s up to you to be proactive and work hard.
