9yThank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and this review. I agree that we have a fantastic product and that we have an incredible asset in our customer support team who boast a 98% customer satisfaction score.
I acknowledge that change is a constant at Commvault but to me, that’s a fact of life when you are in tech and while it can be hard it also keeps us all fresh and moving forward. As an organization, we want to continue to push for disruptive innovation – and reinventing ourselves - to stay relevant to our customers and as such fuel our continued growth. That’s been the hallmark of Commvault for the past 20 years and will continue to be for the 20+ years ahead. I acknowledge that change can be taxing and that we are not perfect but I firmly believe we are getting better as also evidenced by the significant reduction we have seen in sales attrition over the past year, as well as the industry low attrition we enjoy as a company overall. Our Vaulters come from many different backgrounds, organizations, and locations. We want the best at Commvault and will continue to hire top talent from across the tech industry who can bring new experiences and perspectives and who wants to contribute to the journey we are on.
