Where to start... - Virtually zero upward mobility, unless you want to be a supervisor or service account manager -Working in support here is extremely stressful and the salary is far less then market rate for similar jobs which require the same depth of knowledge. -The support organization is bloated with an unnecessary amount of managers and supervisors which in turn promotes micro managing. - Not enough engineers in the US which has created an insane workload for the current engineers. US department was cut and replaced with heads in India - CEO is clearly cutting org costs to boast stock - Stock bonus are not as good as they used to before new CEO took over - The only sense of work life balance is that you are not expected to be called after hours.. however I wouldn't be surprised if most engineers woke up with a mass sense of dread every morning before signing on. - Upper management pushing a return to office
