Good technology and account executives that(for the most part) tries to do the right thing.

Lots of incompetence in sales management. There are sales managers who don't know the business and if you disagree with them, it gets you in trouble (fired). Mentality of sales engineering team is to watch out for their own careers and not support the sales engineering team if some conflict arises with an account executive.
