-quarterly bonus was always deposited at a minimum of 8 weeks late to a maximum of 24 weeks late
-no transparency or communication between corporate and US operations
Upper management do not value employees. You cannot be successful in US market acting like Spanish company. Upper management does not listen to employees to try and improve.
