If there is another department or task that piques your interest, chances are you will be granted the opportunity to work on that task.

Being a small company, they are not exempt from the handcuffs that comes with not having the same resources that larger companies may have. Budgets can be a slight hindrance to projects, where you may find yourself having to opt for the cheap option instead of the best option, equipment that will be used daily may not be the latest and greatest models and so on.
