If you love to create, build, and execute at super hyper speed for high impact, this is your place. If that sounds scary, it may not be a great fit for you. - The hiring process can be long and a bit difficult. Because we're growing so quickly, that means a lot of interview rounds to be scheduled and to conduct. There are a lot of people you meet along the way and the questions aren't a breeze to tackle. I recommend being patient, following up with your contacts if you're not hearing from Compass in the timeline you're expecting, and don't be surprised if you get some non-standard interview questions thrown your way.
