-no 13th month AWS -once a year variable bonus may or may not be available -covid leave counted as normal MC -company strict rule of taking MC before noon -MC will be frowned upon and you be guilt trip for it -Leave days can only be taken out side of production days thus inflexible -Company likes to know your personal whereabouts to the extend of knowing your personal life and in turn use that info to counter you in conversations aka no boundary -May not be the best place for certain race if you're not the majority, you'd be easily pick on -Your differences would be frowned upon -No allowance as everybody is made executive role to counter the need for shift allowance essentially you earn lesser, basic is all you get plus 20 dollars phone allowance after confirmation -Office or shift you will be paid the same. -Company wont inform who is leaving in fear that others will do the same, turnover rate quite high -14 days leave 14 days mc, no comapny dnd, no company event, just cny lunch which is nothing to look forward to. no benefits. -doctor visit cap at 40 dollars but healthcare nowadays is more for private GP, rest pay it yourself. -dental is inclusive in the mc visit per year cap at 500 so basically nothing for dental. -bonus amt is around 1month+ only so it is just to cover aws. -increment is abt 5% which may not happen. -no increment after 6 months of probation -2 months notice period.

Boss is biased. Long meetings that goes for hours which can be done over email. The company allow extravagant trips which caused employee to have no bonus and no increment. Culture of keeping resignation a secret so that no retaliation resignation. High turnover rate. Competent staff are driven out. Staff clowns (sleep in meetings, zero work accountability) given endless chance and retained to make working with everyone more difficult. Boss provide one time lunch claimed under company to "show" welfare. Medical leave days during production will result in you paying back the missed days. Medical leave claim is together with dental capped. so if you sick you cant claim dental. Boss will check your passport if you on Medical leave to see if you exit the country. No shift allowance even when on shift.
