Bad work/life balance. Present structure not paired well with company size. Policies, procedures, regulations, marketing do not trickle down effectively to smaller size units. Big contracts with food/beverage corporations with annual rebates end up hurting little store manager who are not able to sell effectively merchandise and often miss bonuses even if working up to 65 hrs. per week; in the meanwhile corporation keeps profits. DM's with too many stores to supervise and they are not able to give needed support nor to check stores conditions. Not sufficient minorities group in upper management. Hero/Be A Star Program supposedly to reward best employees not adequate and fair, it is actually more work for the unit manager while it makes the company deceivingly looking good.
