WAY overworked. Manditory 50 hour work week, was more like 55-60. One week vacation for management in first year?! Rediculous amount of company hoops to jump through and HR programs to complete. Constantly verbally abused by a manager and when I told my supervisor about it, I was told I had to deal with it. I left very shortly after that. NO CLUE how to run a sales department. We had no goals or sales incentives at all. When I asked for my yearly monitary sales goals, I was told "I'm not going to tell you because then you will hit them and not go any further." ?!?!?!

High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
