Great work environment full of people that want nothing more than to see you grow and succeed. Reassurance when needed is always available and the mentorship that superiors provide is priceless.

Company got too big, too quickly and the employees are feeling the growing pains. Although there is a lot of transparency, it is still somewhat unsettling with the changes, especially with employment changes. It is also difficult to not take the stress of work home with you and it’s hard to complete your work within the 8 hours without overtime options.
