Toxic environment - Recensione dipendente - Care Coordinator presso Compass Health

After only 4 months, I have found the toxic behavior of all employees at this location to be too difficult to cope with. The stress of their inappropriate criticism, their aggressive texts and emails, and their disrespect for my personal life has left me incredibly anxious and feeling physically sick when I entered the office. There is a culture of toxicity, mistrust, coworker-bashing, and micromanagement within this team, with no end in sight. It grows worse every passing day. It is unprofessional, and if my resignation is any proof, unsustainable. Attempts by the team to manage one another despite the impropriety of that relationship have led to an environment of suspicion, judgment, overreaching, and bullying. I cannot see how anyone can learn and be successful in this hostile work environment. Even though many of these things constitute a violation of company policy, HR worked very slowly to help me feel any relief.
