      Good projects to work on, no micromanagement, developers have plenty of freedom to implement the best solution. Nice and relaxed environment, very friendly and supportive.

      People mostly worked on individual projects. There was a bit of cross collaboration, but each project was largely and individual effort.

      Very unclear communication regarding expectations. Sink or swim mentality, if you know what you're doing you are fine but lack of support made available after a few months. No clear progression path laid out. Limited constructive critism communicated.
