Compass' culture is different than anywhere I've worked before. It's clear that Compass' leaders care about being a successful company and about growth (we've grown a ton this year), but they know that those goals and a great work environment and smooth client experience are not mutually exclusive. That's not to say that the work day is always perfect, or stress free, or that frustrating issues don't come up from time to time. But when you hear senior leaders talk about people (employees and clients) having infinite worth, and about striving for excellence and integrity, and then you see them demonstrating those things in the way that they work and act and lead, it sets a tone that is different than most places. When you work here - especially if you've worked anywhere else - you can feel the culture difference.

We have lots of different systems we work in, which perhaps served Compass well as a small company, but aren't super efficient for a growing company. The good news is that we're nearing the end of a system change/overhaul - that will probably be painful for a couple of months once we go live - but will allow us to streamline our processes (and make bringing in new employees easier) in a few months time.
