Worse, management tends to twist employees’ words and use them against both individuals and the team, creating unnecessary conflict. This behavior appears intentional, fostering tension and encouraging internal disputes rather than collaboration. I am the 10th Finance Manager in this role, which strongly reflects the lack of stability, support, and effective leadership within the organization. Overall, the environment is stressful, confrontational, and unsupportive, making it difficult for employees to work effectively or feel respected.
