Working at Compass Therapeutics has been an incredibly positive experience. It’s a highly collaborative environment with truly strong science at its core. 4 days in office seems a bit of stretch

Employees and leaders are very welcoming, interview process was thoughtful and well organized. Onboarding was great and geared towards integration and belonging. Compass has a team and community with the knowledge and execution to achieve together as a unit and have a lot of fun while doing it.

None - any flourishing biotech may mean working towards goals that do not fit neatly into a 40 hour workweek every-week. The work is meaningful well thought out and appreciated -all with a great culture.
