Vantaggi

Svantaggi
Unfortunately at a point in the last year or so there appeared to be a disconnect between the upper levels of leadership and those that work through the day-to-day. This has created friction between departments, manager's abilities to set expectations, and changes to processes that aren't "broken" This has led to inconsistent messages, a sense of tone-deafness (to the needs and feelings of each department), and frustration among a large group of employees. It was a great place to work and I'd love to see it get back to that but unfortunately at the current rate, I don't see that as a possibility. Raises were tough to secure and left me questioning whether or not the work I was doing was actually valued or if the bottom line was more important. (these raises had to be approved by upper-level leadership) Executive Leadership gets involved in minutia making tasks more difficult to execute with an eye watching over your shoulder. When their focus should be on big picture decisions and making things better company-wide. There are unrealistic goals set by Upper-Level management with no plan for ramping up departments and effectively setting them up for failure
