Good Company with Purpose, but Needs Serious Management Overhaul - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso Compassites Software

Working within a company of firm reputation, I think I am having the best time here in this top software development company. Access to the latest tech, tools, and resources to perform our tasks well. In addition, good compensation is rewarded to everyone. Efficiency and innovation cling well to the solutions that we provide. Also, with good and employee-inclined policies, there is always something good to look forward to.

Considering my experience here, I see no cons or whatsoever.

Provides a decent paycheck in US dollars evvery two weeks or twice a month which was great. You can pay your bills with that and have a little more for your own pocket.

This awful company was more focused on internal "fun" than gaining new clients. Hope yo like an endless barrage of superfluous "internal event" designed to foster team spirit, but it's really one of the bad programs if the terrible management there. Tons of company events were used to mask politics. Don't attend an event? Not a team player. Attend an event? Prepare to get pumped for information and gossips about your coworkers. Totally insane and ridiculous!
