-- Work events -- Good people -- Some good working conditions, emphasis on the word some. -- A week of extra vacation -- Employee organised events

-- Low pay -- Your pay is decided by how well you get along with one person -- My boss does not understand HR and yet he was assigned to do it, a non people person does not understand what motivates an another, especially when that another lives paycheck to paycheck. -- Very incompetent task management, there are processes and policies in place how things should be done but no one follows them. -- Promised things are almost never fulfilled -- My boss was bit of a "bully", sometimes, rarely but sometimes yes. Made "smart" excuses towards everything, did not take any responsibility almost never. -- No other bonuses at all -- Lots of people who do not understand English(international company) -- Poor in-house training Me and an another dev were given the task to look for a good task management software(Jira, slack etc) we made our decision which was outright ignored... And pretty much the worst task management software was chosen. Every company where I have mentioned that specific software, has the same mindset about it(it sucks)

Health insurance, 16 hours/year sick leave, flexible working hours (not in all department but in some)

Svantaggi

Little focused on employee well-being. The company only matters to have bigger profit even if that will cost annual salary raise for employees or etc. Team leads dont try to save their employees and let them go to other companies easily, without effort to save them. Slow salary rise, sometimes even promotion withour salary rise, only employee gets more responsibilities
