This company is solid. The benefits are amazing, the pay is extremely fair, and the people are awesome. I LOVE the new office space!!! There is a gym with personal training, classes, and a fabulous locker room on-site, a cafe with fresh, fast, healthy breakfast and lunch, tons of common areas and meeting space, and an open floor plan that encourages collaboration. I also love all of the company culture activities that happen each month! There are so many opportunity to meet your coworkers and break up your day with an outdoor activity. I know that there is a lot of plans for soft skills, leadership, and technical training in the works, which is a huge added perk! There is also tuition/membership dues reimbursement. Promotions from within happen when you work hard to earn them!

Every company has it's ups and downs, CGI is no different, however, what CGI does do differently than most companies is truly care about it's employees! The HR team is constantly working towards improving the current systems and policies to make CGI a better place to work. They ask for feedback and actually use it to implement new ideas. That's hard to find.
