Turnover is very high due to low pay for long hours, lots of travel and event weekends. You'll be told that you can take time off to make up for the event weekends, but you will be so overworked you will never have the chance. In the last year all the more senior Vice Presidents that had core competencies in their areas have found jobs elsewhere or forced out. It is now a company of young people being managed by someone who has no people skills.
