Worst Management - Recensione dipendente - Service Technician presso Complete Energy Solutions

There's not much to say about this one. It was a really good job while it lasted.

I wished our wages were taxed.

- Getting experience in big solar projects. - Working with great individuals who are experienced in the field. - Good start for fresh graduates to build essential skills.

- Absolutely poor management & HR. - you are expected to work overtime without pay. - due to low number of employees, you will handle more tasks, that sometimes are not in your job description. - The company will make you sign two contracts, one will be sent to social insurance with a low salary, and the other will be with the company and it has your actual salary, and you will not have a copy of any of them.
