No structured training, if any training received at all, for employees. Stressed management taking their issues out on inexperienced young staff. Bullying tactics from management to all staff. No regular breaks, even though you have a contractual daily 1 hr unpaid break, they still expect you to work through at busy periods without extra payment or time in lieu. Management also decline holidays that were verbally agreed pre contract once actual contract of employment signed with them. Severe communication issues within the company resulting in management constantly berating employees infront of others due to management miscommunication. Sexism and racist remarks received within immediate employment of the company. FCA guidelines not adhered too.
