Many employees are frequently working late into the night to make deadlines. To try to alleviate the workload, management decided to reorganize employees job titles and roles, but did not consult employees before hand or ask them how they felt about their jobs being changed. No training for the new role or workflow was provided after the change. During 14 months of remote work, very little has been done to thank or motivate employees. Career opportunities within the company are very rare.
