Great company with a family atmosphere. The product functionality and customer support is the best in the contractor management software space. And our NPS is better than anyone’s as a result.

Best company that many people outside of Canada have never heard of. Yet it has almost as many employers/clients and contractors in its global network as the largest players. We just need to get the word out.

Complyworks is a great place to work at, great team, employees, and overall vibe. Management is lean, they give you room to breath and get creative and get things done your own way. They give you the "What" and they leave the "how" up to you, which is amazing for a creative person like me. Management listens, and you will be heard. They have a very fun environment and it was always cool being at the office.

Can't think of any cons related to the company itself, if any, it was due to certain individuals who behaved annoyingly, but those were just random employees that exist in any company.
