      Management treat employees good Friendly people Managers understand recruiters and they react accordingly Good company to start with and also there is no problem to have long relationship

      One concern is don't give examples to one worker by showing other recruiter work because each and every one had their own way of work style. I don't have any concern at this point of time. Everything seems neutral and normal.

      Pay every 2 weeks in US promptly. They have never delayed/missed a payroll in the last 20 years. They also help in getting H1 and green card visas
