Friendly staff that cares for others

This company is going through a lot of change. The emphasis is on manufacturing and churning out product as quickly as possible with the new leadership. It has lost its way on caring for employees. Everyone has to clock in and out and HR questions if you late, etc. It is not a trusting or pleasant working environment. Colleagues are not happy and there is more turnover to come.
