8yAs we have responded previously, we’re excited about the growth that we’ve experienced most recently but also understand that growth does not come without its challenges. Getting to effective staffing numbers across the various areas of the business and insuring those employees have the proper knowledge and training is no small undertaking. We understand that the longer some of these openings remain the more stress it places on existing employees. Regarding the need to listen and act on employee advice and feedback, we hear you loud and clear and could not agree more. The truth is the larger an organization gets the more difficult it becomes to do this and we are almost double the size we were just a few years ago. It is for this reason precisely that major emphasis has been placed on internal communication and feedback forums across CRT this year. We’ve instituted monthly department meetings in every department, a new interactive maintenance request process, a new production change request process, etc. We believe these are necessary steps in closing the communication and feedback loop with employees.
