Nothing really, its been good

The hourly workers for the most part are good people.

Management constantly lies and gives half truths. We have had whole branches shut down or positions be eliminated and they tell us “that everything is fine!”. Leadership constantly comes up with half-baked ideas and expect hourly workers to figure it out on the fly. Management clearly does not care about workplace culture, employee morale or providing upward mobility. We have had at least one staff member quit on the spot every other week for months now and management does not seem to care or see it as an issue.
