There is no leadership. Don’t expect to hear from the CEO unless he thinks you’re doing a bad job. If a client says anything negative - passively or more seriously - you’ll get blacklisted. They don’t give you the benefit of the doubt or stick up for you ever. They will even have others audit your work behind your back.
They claim to have a pod model but they can barely manage one pod. They don’t have the knowledge or experience to handle attribution, so they can’t drive real value for clients. This is because their leaders don’t have B2B marketing backgrounds. They are severely under-resourced - they will lie about how supported you'll be in the interview process.
Avoid at all costs.
