Low/limited wage available, very little to no room to grow in company if you start entry level. Great place to start working as your first job if you’re looking for valuable experience.

Federal fingerprinting required to be hired. I get that this place is a drug and Alcohol rehabilitation facility but be realistic! I was terminated for something that came back on my background that was 15 years ago! I call this discriminatory basing something from one’s background. The minimum is 7 years, employers are not suppose to look any further back more then 7 years… it’s biased against good employees when they use FBI databases to dig deeper into an individual.
