The pay should be a bit better

- Great, friendly coworkers - Many coworkers have worked at the organization for several years - CEO does a great job of keeping interests of multiple stakeholders in mind (patients, providers, other employees--everyone) - The company is frequently hosting worthwhile employee appreciation events

- Health insurance is expensive through the company - Not many injectable medications on hand at clinics; frequently out of vaccinations; not many supplies for various simple procedures. - While providers can frequently qualify for small amounts of incentive pay, large amounts of incentive pay are relatively unattainable. - MAs don't get incentive pay when goals are met
