Toxic work culture promoted by management of each department. You'll be over working and under constant pressure. They expect you to give your personal time even weekends as well. They over commit to clients and make responsible for delivering. Micro management is the highest here, so much so, the leadership job is to keep looking at employees slack to make sure the employees are online. If by chance an employee is offline on slack, they will call and a review meeting will be scheduled and they will call out at the time of appraisal.
