Middle management really does try their hardest to help you succeed, and you have a nationwide team of technicians at your fingertips to help you if you're stuck.

As with managed services like this, your experience will vary with the client you work with. Morale is low, pay is well below market value (don't expect a raise either), and the benefits are really weak (50% match up to 3% of my contributions on my 401(k)?? Really??).
