Unfair pay - Recensione dipendente - Desktop Support Technician presso CompuCom

I started at the normal pay worked there for 2 years with no raise and people after me are being hired on at 18.00, I asked for a raise for my 2 years of hard work with the company and i was told no but i get my friend hired and he comes in with 0 experience and gets 2.00 more a hour? 2 weeks later " compucoms contract ends with the company and I'm released from my position. Unable to put me else where" Horrible treatment for someone who worked hard for you for 2 years. Thanks for the experience and certs.
