no pay increase in 5 years, despite 5 years of consecutive "exceeding expectations" in annual performance reviews, HR is invisible, current managers like brown-nosing and experienced extreme favoritism. on occasion, pay check was incorrect, had to jump through hoops to get it corrected. They prefer to loose good talent rather than provide a raise. The new replacements were high school kids.. go figure !
