      Telecommuted - worked from home. Negotiated additional PTO.

      Upper management - they are not up with the times as far as software and processes. Pay scale is way below average for this level of position and they won't budge on that either. I was told that after 90 days I would be reviewed for an increase but that never happened.

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
