Clueless Management. Lying Human Resources. I was hired to do a job and then blocked in every way from doing it. As I pointed out the flaws in the project and suggested ways to improve, I was fired by my manager, who had a huge ego and couldn't take an ounce of criticism. HR and Senior Management (who had previously thanked me for my feedback) didn't even bother to reach out to me to get my side of the story.
