That’s evidenced by the number of employees that have been with the company for multiple years (myself included) but even if you don’t see the long-term potential, I would still recommend applying. Simply put the experience will make you more marketable to other companies. Plus it’ll give you stability in the midst of a pandemic. It’s a win-win in my opinion.
