none really. However, looking at all the 4 and 5 star ratings on here makes me wonder what have I been missing at work? Am i the only one that is not seeing how great this company is? Do I have to wait until i leave this company to finally realize how great this company is? Since all the 4 and 5 star ratings are from "Former Employees". If the company is that great, why did they leave? Could all these "former employees" actually be the management team trying to write good things on here to try and salvage the company's reputation? I wouldn't be surprised.

Turnover rates.... Take a look at our LinkedIn page and you will find out the amount of people that has left Compustaff. I understand turnovers are really common in this industry, however, the ratio between current employees vs former employees is pretty alarming. I am my self looking to make a move.
