In terms of pay and benefits, we firmly believe in recognising people for the contribution they make and doing all we can to reward the efforts of our people. A pay review takes place once a year where we look at: the amount we can pay (the budget), comparison to peers, etc., the individual’s contribution (to their team, function, and Computacenter) and finally their behaviours.
