We appreciate your candid comments about the high pressure in sales roles and the bureaucracy in larger teams. We understand that sales targets can be demanding, and we are continuously working to provide the necessary support and resources to help our sales team to manage these challenges effectively. For example, we provide a variety wellbeing initiatives, such a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders.
