I was treated like a professional during my tenure at CATI, you are given the freedom and work life balance that many people can only dream of. I worked directly for Tony Bustos (Sales Director) and as a manager Tony was incredibly supportive, hands on and supported a healthy work-life balance. The human resource department was great as well, when I decided to move to a new opportunity I was still treated with great respect and they helped a great deal with my transition. Overall great place to work.

Lack of commission on account renewals was the only sore subject for me. The company collects a subscription fee from all seats supported by CATI but does not compensate the sales team for their time maintaining the relationship with the customer to keep that revenue stream.
